My client is a well established IT solutions organisation based in Watford, Herts who are seeking an experience 2 nd and 3rd Line Support Engineer to deal with customer issues.
Responsibilities- To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
- Provide telephone, remote and email support
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and peripheral technical issues to customer's satisfaction via remote support
- Monitor and proactively resolve issues with remote back‑up systems
- Visit customer sites when required
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues with any technical limitations
- Assist with support calls on the helpdesk
- Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems (SBS/2012/2016/2019 Server/7/8/10)
- Core Microsoft infrastructure technologies and solutions (Exchange, IIS, AD, RDS)
- Backup technologies including Veeam, Cloud Connect, Acronis, Backup Exec
- Server hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
