• To ensure all customers are dealt with promptly and courteously.
• Organise and maintain the forecourt as customers arrive ensuring top levels of customer service are delivered at all times.
• To be fully aware of the forecourt area and ensure it is kept tidy.
• To maintain acceptable standards of dress.
