• Lead several high‑level contracts including social housing, commercial, student accommodation
• Manage KPIs and deliver the budgets of £5mil+
• Oversee the day‑to‑day management of the contracts, manage contractors and conduct regular contractor meetings
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders ensuring all contracts are meeting KPIs and high‑quality standards

• Experience managing multiple contracts
• Technical knowledge and experience in the passive fire industry
• Delivering budgets of minimum £400k a month
• Experience leading a team

• £60,000-£75,000
