You will be working for a well-known contractor that values not only their tenants but every stakeholder within the business, ensuring attention to detail, collaboration and a commitment to maintaining high levels of compliance.

As the Passive Fire Contracts Manager, you will be:

• Leading several high-level contracts including social housing, commercial, student accommodation
• Managing KPIs and delivering the budgets of 5mil+
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the contracts, managing contractors and conducting regular contractor meetings
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders ensuring all contracts are meeting KPIs and high-quality standard

Passive Fire Contracts Manager experience needed:

• Experience managing multiple contracts
• Technical knowledge and experience in the passive fire industry
• Delivering budgets of minimum 400k a month
• Experience leading a team
