We’re looking for an enthusiastic CRM Executive to join our CRM team and support our extensive digital and data transformation. You will manage, coordinate, and deliver our CRM marketing multi‑channel contact strategy, designed to drive customers to shop across our Trade, DIY and Design & Installation audiences.

• Responsible for managing the planning, production, delivery & performance of email campaigns to support the weekly customer email programme.
• Ownership of building, testing and signing off email campaigns according to the CRM campaign schedule.
• Work with the CRM Managers to define and agree the contents of weekly emails to support the business trading plan.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Digital, Brand Communications and Trade Planning teams to ensure campaigns are on brand and meet campaign requirements.
• Assist in data planning and targeting to support all email activity, working with CRM Managers, Customer Database Manager & external CRM agency.
• Brief the CRM agency on upcoming CRM activity, including campaign creative, content, targeting and personalisation.
• Plan and implement test variants in the weekly email programme as part of ongoing testing.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Maintain the weekly CRM communications calendar to support the weekly marketing plan.
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
• Deliver campaigns on time and ensure they are legally compliant (GDPR).
• Set up online marketing codes.

• Proven experience as an email marketing assistant or executive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working with email service platforms, CRM platforms and data analysis tools.
• Good understanding of email marketing.
• Excellent attention to detail – ensuring email campaigns are accurately executed.
• Excellent stakeholder management – ability to build relationships and liaise with business and external stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables and issues/risks.
• Self‑starter who is driven and proactive.
• Comfortable working across multiple initiatives at a fast pace to tight deadlines.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
