Team Leader & Grounds Maintenance Operative/s required for the start of the new season! (March).

We require Team Leaders & mobile Grounds Maintenance Operatives within Watford and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role and pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on your location.

• Mobile round working on various multi‑site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces.
• Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites.
• Working within a small team.
• Customer service interaction is essential to ensure the client is happy with the works carried out.

Company van, mobile iPad are all provided.

Vehicle checks.

• Experience of managing a small team.
• Working independently or within a small team.
• Must have commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
• Experience of using hand‑held power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
• A valid driver’s licence is essential.

£30k‑£40k + based on 48hr per week pay through an annualised hours programme. (Overtime may be available at a premium rate but not guaranteed).
