Who are we looking for?We are looking for a highly skilled SIA Licensed Gatehouse Security Officer to provide a secure and safe environment for all staff & visitors on site. This will be achieved through applying thorough access control procedures, carrying out site inductions, planned & ad‑hoc site patrols together with other duties as determined by the Assignment Instructions. In the event of an emergency follow prescribed escalation/communication procedures with Site Management, Corps colleagues, and the emergency services.
You will be working various hours across Off Peak/Peak/Super Peak timings Monday through to Sunday.

- A valid SIA Front‑Line License - essential
- Confidence and ability to establish and maintain good and effective working relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work to deadlines, multitasking and working under pressure.
- Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel)
- Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 Standards
- Access Control: greeting visitors, checking identification, issuing passes and controlling barriers/gates
- Maintaining logs of vehicle movements, visitor sign‑ins, and other access and egress records
- Conducting spot checks of vehicles and bags
- Patrolling
