Position 1 Recruitment is seeking a Senior Design Engineer with a mechanical engineering background to lead projects and mentor a team of engineers in the UK and India. Youll support complex heater design projects, provide technical authority, and deliver high-quality engineering solutions for clients.

What Youll Do :
Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing technical guidance and appraisals Approve drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation Take ownership of engineering calculations, material selection, and design analysis Act as technical authority internally and with clients Contribute to product improvements and new design solutions Ensure engineering best practices and continuous improvement

What Were Looking For :
Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex mechanical designs Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor; knowledge of Solid Works or AutoCAD desirable

Experience with engineering standards, product certification, and documentation Why Join Us:
