Location: Town of Wausau
Aspirus At Home in Wausau, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse, Case Manager to provide comprehensive home health nursing care. The role involves assessment, planning, coordination, and evaluation of patient care across settings, with a focus on dignity and patient advocacy.
Full-time (.8 FTE) 64 hours per pay period, day shift with every sixth weekend. Mileage reimbursement and sign-on bonus opportunities may apply, and you will travel to patient homes as required.
