Adaptive Home Health in Detroit seeks an experienced RN Case Manager to deliver comprehensive in-home assessments and high-quality patient care. This field-based, full-time role offers a salary of $85,000–$105,000 with mileage plus a $1k referral bonus and full-time benefits. Michigan RN license required.
