Team Quality Services seeks a Field Quality Liaison to ensure top-notch quality and reliability for automotive customers. You will serve as the main contact between service locations and suppliers, driving continuous improvement and resolving quality issues with proactive problem solving.
The role requires strong communication, customer service, and basic data analysis, with knowledge of QMS and AIAG Core Tools. On-site work at customer locations with onboarding at Auburn, IN is required.
