Graduated from a top 50 university with a 2:1 or above Confident communicators with a commercial mindset Strong work ethic evidenced alongside University Resilient, proactive, and eager to learn What Youll Be Doing Sourcing and qualifying top tech talent across the fintech space Building and managing relationships with clients globally Managing the recruitment process end-to-end Collaborating with an international team of ambitious consultants Working towards performance-based incentives and rapid progression What is on Offer Competitive base salary  uncapped commission (up to 35%) Annual company-wide incentive trips recent destinations include Las Vegas and Dublin!
