• Work closely with Account Executives on day‑to‑day tasks.
• Compare insurance coverages and policy wording.
• Provide dedicated and high‑standard customer service to a portfolio of key clients.
• Handle general administration tasks such as renewals, mid‑term adjustments, extensions to covers, invoicing, and responding to client queries.
• Ensure quality control and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Check and issue documentation to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

• Previous experience in an insurance background.
• Committed to building strong client and insurer relationships.
• Confident meeting and speaking with clients and third parties.
