Warehouse Team Leader

Position Details
  • Full‑time, permanent
  • 4‑week rotational shift pattern:
    Weeks 1 & 2:
    Monday – Friday, 06:15 – 14:15;
    Week 3:
    Monday – Sunday, 14:15 – 22:15;
    Week 4:
    Wednesday – Friday, 14:15 – 22:15. Flexibility required.

  • Salary up to £32,000.00 per annum

What you’ll do on a typical day
  • Maintain QSHE standards and ensure site rules and regulations are adhered to.
  • Create and maintain an environment encouraging employee participation and effective team working.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and best practice.
  • Ensure daily workload is completed with appropriate labour within given timescales.
  • Maintain personnel adherence to procedures and standards.
  • Monitor performance of individual team members and the department.
What you need to succeed at GXO
  • Experience in a complex, fast‑moving environment in a similar management role.
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven record of effective people‑management skills.
  • Team motivation and development experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
