Cnc Machine Operator

We're recruiting for experienced CNC Machine Operators to join our clients busy team.

Our client is a well established manufacturer based in Telford, producing high quality components. We're seeking candidates that are confident with milling, turning and thread rolling.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines including milling, turning and thread rolling equipment

• Set up machines and adjust tooling as required

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

• Conduct quality checks using measuring equipment (e.g., micrometers, verniers)

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating CNC milling and turning machines

• Thread rolling experience

• Ability to read technical drawings and follow specifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime when required

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday 07:30-16:00
