We’re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of commercial performance across the projects they are allocated to. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you’ll drive value, manage risk, and ensure projects meet their financial targets.

• Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets, valuations and final accounts
• Procure and manage subcontract packages; issue orders and assess payments
• Negotiate confidently with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to secure best value
• Track costs, risks, cash flow and change, providing clear, timely reports
• Support tenders with robust pricing, scope clarity and commercial advice

• Proven negotiator with a history of achieving favourable commercial outcomes
• Track record of delivering projects that meet or exceed financial targets
• Experience as a QS with a main contractor (or similar)
• Sound knowledge of JCT contracts and cost management processes
• Strong communicator who can work independently and as part of a team
• HNC/HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (or equivalent)
