  • Validating and implementing design improvements
  • Analysing field failure data
  • Critical shortage support and alternative component approval
  • Cost-reduction projects
  • Cross-functional collaboration across the business
  • Level 4 Qualification (HNC or greater) in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
  • Ability to produce technical documentation / report writing to a high level
  • Methodical and logical way of working
  • Good communication and team working skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (Domestic and foreign)
