Base pay range

Location: Llys Hafren Care Home - Severn Rd, Welshpool SY21 7AR

Salary: £12.82 per hour
Hours: 28 hour contract
Shift Times: 06:45 - 14:15 and 13:45 - 21:15

Llys Hafren is a care home located in Welshpool, Powys, offering 40 residential places focused on dementia care. The home is designed to create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for residents. Job Responsibilities
  • Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
  • Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
  • Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
  • Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.
