Bank Support Worker – Llys Hafren

Job Type: Temporary / Bank Contract – 0 hour contract (as/when needed).
Pay: £12.82 per hour.
Shift Times:
Days (06:45‑21:15) and Nights (21:00‑07:00).
We are looking for a passionate and caring person who is ready to make a positive impact at Llys Hafren, a dementia care home with 40 residential places.
Responsibilities- Provide person‑centred care in line with individual care plans.
- Assist with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
- Promote dignity, choice and inclusion.
- Work collaboratively with the team and support colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
- Maintain a safe, happy, and caring environment.
