Job Introduction & Objectives

Are you a visionary with a flair for creativity and a passion for retail? We are looking for a dynamic Retail Specialist to visit retail stores to transform our clients’ store displays into captivating experiences that delight customers and drive sales. As a key player in our team, you will craft visually appealing product presentations according to briefs set out by our client to ensure their merchandise shines.

• Build positive relationships with retailers and key contacts to achieve the client’s objectives and influence store sales performance.
• Communicate with store staff to define visit objectives and review changes and future action plans.
• Ensure client products are displayed and merchandised according to agreed planograms.
• Work with stores to identify and fix stock availability issues.
• Ensure all Point of Purchase/ Point of Sale items are effectively displayed to maximise brand awareness and increase sales.
• Store a small amount of stock and equipment at home for work use if required.
• Adapt to change and react to short‑term activity objectives, delivering results positively and proactively.
• Work to KPIs set by the client, aiming to increase performance of both personal and team goals.

• Valid and full UK driver’s licence.
• Smart phone to complete store reporting.
• Ability to communicate with in‑store teams.
