The Role

You’ll join the London & Home Counties division, supporting a major education scheme in Harrow—a £70m JCT project featuring school, sports, and leisure facilities, including swimming pools and a sports hall. This scheme runs for 3 years and involves mixed concrete and steel frame construction with corium cladding.

Reporting to the Commercial Lead, you’ll provide commercial expertise, ensuring projects meet financial targets and are delivered successfully. Responsibilities include preparing site records, cost reports, and supporting interim and final account payments.

The Right Person

* HNC or BSc in Quantity Surveying or related discipline

* Contracting experience (education or leisure sector experience is a plus)

* Strong understanding of site records and cost reporting

* Team player with excellent communication skills
