Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Technical Programme Manager to join their People Services team for a temporary contract of 6 months. As the Technical Programme Manager, you will lead the charge in driving behavioural and technical transformations within the Help domain. Your mission is to simplify and enhance the support experience for colleagues while ensuring seamless delivery of existing services and onboarding of new products.

• Spearhead initiatives that prioritize simplification and digitalisation across colleague support processes.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and business partners to define and execute a clear roadmap.
• Ensure new initiatives are well‑defined in terms of scope, value, cost, resources and design.
• Track progress and outcomes to guarantee successful delivery.

• Develop centralised tools to digitalise Help processes, content and documentation.
• Drive enhancements that prepare the Help service for the future while maintaining continuity and onboarding new consumers.
• Experiment and implement new technologies and capabilities, with a focus on AI.

• A strong background in digital assistant implementations.
• Experience in AI implementation, particularly in controls and protections.
• Knowledge of online content management, simplification and strategy.
