Internal Sales Professional
Our client, a market-leading electrical wholesaler, is seeking a talented and driven Internal Sales Professional with electrical experience to help grow and maximise both existing and new business opportunities.
Responsibilities- Handling inbound and outbound calls with existing and prospective customers
- Selling products directly to customers at the trade counter
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of electrical products and supplies
- Communicating clearly and delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintaining a positive, “can-do” attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing your own workload with strong attention to detail
- Working effectively under pressure with a hardworking, proactive approach
- Drawing on previous internal sales experience within Electrical Wholesale or a similar trade environment (this is essential
) - Being customer-focused with a friendly, personable attitude.
- Supporting other areas of the business during busy periods or staff holidays
- Re-engaging dormant accounts with the aim of reactivation
- Liaising with manufacturers to secure competitive terms and preparing quotations for special projects
