PA / Administrative Assistant – Food & E-commerce Business
We’re currently working with a well-established and highly regarded food business with multiple locations across central London’s most prestigious areas. Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a PA / Administrative Assistant to support the business with a strong focus on admin and online order management.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable supporting a fast-paced food and e-commerce operation.

The Role:

* Provide day-to-day PA and administrative support to senior leadership

* Manage and process online orders accurately and efficiently

* Handle customer and internal queries via email and systems

* Support order fulfilment, logistics, and coordination with operations teams

* Maintain records, reports, and general office administration

* Assist with invoicing, scheduling, and ad-hoc admin tasks

* Support e-commerce administration including product listings and data updates

The Ideal Candidate :

* Strong administrative and organisational skills

* Comfortable handling high volumes of admin and online orders

* Previous experience in e-commerce or food/hospitality environments is advantageous

* Shopify experience is highly desirable

* Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently

* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
