Store Manager | Brent Cross | Salary: £46,090 + 12% Bonus (OTE £51,500)

Are you a hands-on, people-focused manager who enjoys variety and the challenge of building something new?

We're looking for a Store Manager to take charge of two brand-new sites opening in North London. You'll lead small teams of 2-3 colleagues at each location, taking full ownership of day-to-day operations, service delivery and commercial performance.

Work-life balance:

You'll work a mix of early (8:00-4:30) and late (9:30-6:00) shifts Monday to Friday, with weekends shared on rotation - typically one full weekend off every two or three weeks. Weekend hours are 8:30-5 on Saturdays and 9:00-4:30 on Sundays. Days off are always scheduled in lieu when you work weekends.

The role:

Oversee daily operations across both sites, ensuring smooth running, great service, and high standards throughout
Lead, motivate and develop small on-site teams to deliver excellent customer experiences
Handle enquiries, manage bookings and payments, and ensure accurate administration
Review performance reports, identify opportunities to improve sales and efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and site standards
Take ownership of results and support the growth of the wider business

Experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant/Area Manager ready to step up
