Up to £13.00 per hour

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch)

About the Role
We are recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to join a busy Internal Sales department at a growing company’s new Tipton office. This temp-to-perm role is fully office-based and provides the opportunity to develop your career in a structured and supportive sales environment.

You will be responsible for handling incoming orders and enquiries, assisting the Order Processing team, and liaising with Transport, Production, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

* Take incoming calls regarding orders, providing stock availability, pricing, product information, and delivery dates

* Assist the “Order Received” person by checking prices, reviewing orders, and liaising with Transport, Production, and customers if prices differ

* Provide lunchtime and holiday cover for the “Order Received” role

* Understand and demonstrate products and services to customers

* File and maintain customer orders accurately

* Assist the Order Processing team as required

* Handle returns, transport/delivery issues, and discrepancies efficiently

Requirements

* Strong administration skills and previous experience in a similar role

* Experience in the Electrical or Cable Management industry is advantageous

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment

* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
