Role Description

This is a full-time-external-role for a Business Development Manager based in Dudley. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales pipeline, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, negotiating with clients, and collaborating with internal departments to meet client needs.

Qualifications
  • Strong business development, sales, and account management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities
  • Time management, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Knowledge of the metal or industrial products industry is a plus

  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
