Based in Smethwick

£12.54 per hour

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Temporary (ongoing until at least May 2025)

Full training will be provided!

Are you passionate about helping customers and providing a friendly, professional experience? We're looking for a 'Customer Service Advisor' to join our client's busy team in Smethwick. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where training is provided and your contribution really matters.

What You'll Be Doing

Be the warm, helpful voice customers hear when they call.
Handle incoming calls and manage the shared inbox.
Take and process orders accurately.
Investigate and resolve queries, escalating when necessary.
Assist with invoice queries (attention to detail is key!)
Work proactively on the phones and follow instructions effectively.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication skills and a friendly telephone manner.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to stay proactive and organised in a busy environment.
Problem-solving skills for query resolution.
Some previous customer service experience is essential!
