My client is a specialist service provider for CCTV. They are looking for an Engineer to join their team near Birmingham on a permanent basis.

• 3 year or more of experience in a similar Service / Maintenance Engineering position
• Have a background in CCTV with knowledge of CCTV systems and principles
• Knowledge of electrical engineering
• Degree / HNC / HND / BTEC / NVQ qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Good mathematical and general engineering knowledge
• The ability to understand system requirements
• Be self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
• Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Carrying out installation of CCTV systems
• Providing servicing & maintenance for CCTV systems
• Identifying and rectifying faults on CCTV systems
• Guidance and assistance to customers as required on functional and technical information
• Maintaining working relationships with colleagues and clients
