My clients People Team are going through an exciting period of reinvention and transformation. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping how they attract, engage, and hire talent.
This is a proactive, brand-led position focused on building long-term talent pipelines and positioning the company as an employer of choice.
Duties:
- * Responsible for taking ownership of developing recruitment marketing strategies that attract, engage, and nurture high-quality talent.
* Promote the company as a great place to work through consistent, compelling employer brand messaging to build awareness, reputation and social engagement across multiple channels
* Create and manage targeted campaigns to engage passive and active candidates
* Build and maintain talent pipelines to fill roles faster and more effectively
* Engage directly with potential candidates to assess fit and build long-term relationships
* Act as the face of the company to potential new hires, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience
* Work consultatively with hiring managers to support workforce planning and build high-performing teams
* Track, measure, and analyse the full candidate journey end-to-end
* Test new approaches, assess what works, and refine strategies based on insights
* Streamline and automate recruitment processes where possible to improve efficiency and results

* Essential you have a recruitment background and understand the recruitment process

* Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a small team

* Ability to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget
Working Hours / Benefits:
- * Up to 30 hours per week
* Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in the office
* Salary - £28,000 - £35,000 pro rata
* 25 days holiday (pro rata) + bank holidays
