About the roleWe are seeking a Social Media & Content Strategist to lead our end-to‑end content and social presence across all channels. The ideal candidate is a storyteller, strategist, and growth‑focused marketer who understands how to build brand authority, drive engagement, convert audiences, and support pipeline growth through consistent, high‑impact content.
This role is both strategic and hands‑on: you will plan the strategy, guide content direction, produce or oversee execution, and analyze performance to continually optimize output.
Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Development- Build and manage a content strategy aligned with the company’s business goals, buyer journey, and brand positioning.
- Own the editorial calendar and coordinate content flow across socials, video, and all channels.
- Create or guide the creation of long‑form and short‑form content, including:
Thought leadership, Employer branding, Follow trends, Linked In and social content, Video scripts, Product/value messaging.
- Develop and execute a multi‑platform social strategy focused on brand visibility, audience growth, and community engagement.
- Manage accounts across platforms such as Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, and Tik Tok (as relevant).
- Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and brand identity across channels.
- Run competitor and market analysis to guide positioning and differentiation.
- Build the company’s leadership and brand presence by positioning the CEO and key team members as industry voices through Linked In content, Podcast or video guidance, Quotes and expert features, Event or industry content angles.
- Track KPIs like Engagement rate, Qualified traffic, Content leads generated, Audience growth, Content performance by format and stage.
- Use insights to evolve messaging, posting cadences, content formats, and channel focus.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media, content strategy, digital marketing, or brand communications.
- Proven track record leading and scaling content strategies in B2B, or other relevant industries.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create content that is engaging, brand‑aligned, persuasive, & professional.
- Deep understanding of organic content performance metrics, analytics tools, and platform algorithms.
- Experience developing executive/leadership personal brands on different platforms.
- Strong editorial planning and production management skills.
- Ability to translate service value into messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, audience segmentation, customer journey mapping.
- Experience working with creative tools (Figma/Canva/Adobe) or briefing designers and creatives to deliver quality assets.
