We’re looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Motor store in West Bromwich.

As a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark you’ll be heavily involved in sales, helping customers find the right car, building relationships, and delivering a 5‑star service from the first greeting to the after‑sales experience.

• Help customers find the right car based on their needs.
• Deliver outstanding, 5‑star service and go the extra mile for every customer.
• Build and maintain lasting, sincere relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Sell the appropriate sales package, including finance and servicing, with integrity and professionalism.
• Co‑ordinate the order and delivery of vehicles and keep everything running smoothly.
• Meet monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and fulfil commitments.
• Stay in touch with customers to offer a great after‑sales experience.

• Excellent communication, organisational and people skills.
• Bags of energy and enthusiasm.
• A detail‑oriented approach to exceed customer expectations.
• A desire to build a lasting, fulfilling career.
• A full driving licence held for at least one year.

• £25,500 with no company car or £23,500 with company car.
• On‑target earnings of £35,000–£40,000 with uncapped potential.
