About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Account Executive to join a friendly and growing team. This fully office-based role focuses on aftersales support and building strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.

You will be responsible for following up with customers after orders are delivered, maintaining regular contact at 1, 3, 6, and 9-month intervals, and providing feedback to help the business grow. You will also work closely with the Sales and Quotation teams to ensure all customer requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships

* Build trust and loyalty to encourage repeat business through excellent aftersales service

* Work closely with the Sales and Quotation teams to ensure customer requirements are met

* Collect and report customer feedback, sales data, and spending trends to the Team Leader and Sales Director

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activity

* Understand and confidently demonstrate the company’s products and services to customers

* Conduct regular follow-ups with customers at 1, 3, 6, and 9-month intervals

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is advantageous

* Knowledge or experience within the Electrical or Cable Management industry is beneficial

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an excellent telephone manner

* Confident in building rapport and influencing effectively

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and comfortable using social media platforms for business purposes
