About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a passionate and supportive team, providing consistent, nurturing care to young people with a range of emotional, social, and developmental needs. No two days are the same — from supporting daily routines and education, to outdoor activities and personal growth, your role will have a direct, positive impact on the lives of the young people in your care.

You’ll help create a safe, warm, and stimulating environment, building trust and strong relationships while supporting young people to develop resilience, independence, and confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver personalised, trauma-informed care that meets the individual needs of each young person

Support daily routines, education, activities, and family contact

Build meaningful relationships through empathy, consistency, and effective communication

Contribute to key working sessions, handovers, and accurate record-keeping

Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, social workers, and other professionals

Undertake sleep-in shifts and flexible working hours to meet the needs of the home

Identify and report risks, safeguarding concerns, and opportunities for improvement

About You
