Meal Checker

Role Overview :
Check prepared meals across all classes for specification and menu card compliance. Verify special meal requests, last-minute changes (additional meals, aircraft changes, return catering), and ensure correct quantities for uplift. Complete DFT security checks and report delays via daily written reports.

Requirements:

Experience:

* Extensive experience in similar role

* Food industry background preferred

* Knowledge of Basic Hygiene

* Production/manufacturing/stores environment experience (desirable)

* Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Skills:

* Strong English and numeracy

* Excellent attention to detail

* Team player with ability to work independently

* IT proficient (Microsoft Excel and Word)

* Strong oral and written communication

Working Conditions:

* Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility

* Varied shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)

* Prolonged standing in cold environment (thermal clothing provided)

* Full training provided

Eligibility:

* Right to work in the UK required

* Must undergo CRC (Criminal Record Check) and five-year history verification

* CRC required for any country where you've spent 6+ months outside the UK
