PARTS ADVISOR

Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 per annum (subject to experience)

Hours: 2 shifts – Monday to Friday 10:00 – 19:30, Saturday (1 in
3);
Monday to Friday 06:00 – 16:00, Saturday (1 in
3)

Location: Heathrow

• Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.
• Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner, providing them with the information they need.
• Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner.
• Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date.
• Inform customers of any current specials.
• Demonstrate behaviours consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co‑workers and vendors.

• Previous Parts Advisor experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good work ethic.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Commercial experience preferred.
