We are seeking a Junior Talent Partner to join our UK & Ireland Talent Acquisition team. This role reports to the UK & Ireland Talent Acquisition Country Lead and supports recruitment across multiple business areas. It is an ongoing temporary role, hired via our agency partner NES Fircroft.

• Support the UK & Ireland Talent team with recruitment administration tasks, including job postings, CV long listing, and interview coordination.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level roles, guiding hiring managers through the process from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with Senior Talent Partners on recruitment campaigns, aligning sourcing strategies with business needs.
• Advise and support managers throughout the interview and selection process.
• Ensure compliance with global and local recruitment processes while addressing business needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience handling high-volume recruitment and filling challenging roles within tight timelines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems.
• A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs.
