We are seeking a highly organised, detail‑oriented, proactive Project Manager to oversee end‑to‑end project delivery. The successful candidate will lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timeline, scope, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Lead project kick‑off meetings and ensure clear communication of project objectives.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with organisational standards, policies, and best practices.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Facilitate regular project update meetings and communicate progress reports.
- Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and escalte issues where necessary.
- Coordinate tasks across multi‑disciplinary teams and ensure accountability for deliverables.
- Provide direction, guidance, and support to project team members.
- Foster a collaborative and productive project environment.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial constraints.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain project documentation.
- Maintain thorough project documentation including schedules, reports, and change logs.
- Track KPIs to evaluate project performance.
- Prepare final project reports and conduct post‑implementation reviews.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 35 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, PMP preferred).
- Excellent organisational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Experience working with cross‑functional or remote teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent is an advantage.
