We are looking for a Full‑time Permanent Chef to join our restaurant team.

Pay: £12.70 per hour.

Hours:

40 per week over five days. All positions require weekend working. There is no evening work and no split shifts. The centre is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day, giving you time with family on these important days.

As a Chef, you will support all areas of food production and cleaning in the kitchen, work as part of a small team under the guidance of your Head Chef/Restaurant Manager, and be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients for our full menu range.

• Prepare fresh ingredients.
• Prepare hot and cold food orders to order.
• Monitor stock levels and contribute towards the ordering process.
• Work efficiently to ensure low levels of waste.
• Carry out cleaning of equipment and working areas to the highest food hygiene standards.
• Close down the kitchen each day, including preparation for the following day.
