Overview
Do you have recent experience of dealing with HNW or Corporate customers? Are you able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues? If so, then we would like to hear from you.
Our client, a unique financial services organisation, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing Corporate and Private Client team.
Responsibilities- Managing client email and telephone queries
- Building relationships with customers and colleagues
- Administering clients bespoke portfolios
- Updating information on the company's CRM
- Strong data entry skills
- High levels of numeracy
- The ability to work to tight deadlines
- Good MS Office skills
The role is office-based Monday‑Friday 9am‑5pm with potential for hybrid working after an initial training period. The client offers excellent benefits including free on‑site parking, a generous pension, and 30 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
