Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and dynamic person to join the E&B Systems Team. This is a permanent role within our development team.

The role provides opportunities to work on a wide variety of projects, developing widely transferable skills. You will support and deliver technical digital solutions to address business problems and support major digital transformation projects. The focus is on regulatory services and technical solutions that support the work of the Environment Agency.

• Lead on technical development areas and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers, building and sustaining partner relationships.
• Apply digital tools such as Power Platform, SharePoint, DCP, Canvas Apps and Microsoft Access to develop productive solutions.
• Communicate technical solutions to non‑technical clients.
• Contribute to cross‑cutting and high‑risk projects, delivering innovative, integrated outcomes.

• Digital product management or environment practice experience.
• Proficiency with Power Platform, SharePoint, DCP, Canvas Apps, Microsoft Access and application configuration.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to translate them for non‑technical audiences.
• Customer‑focused mindset with proven ability to build effective relationships.

Location is flexible. Infrequent travel to Bristol/Birmingham may be required.
