Position: Change, Release & Test Manager
Netadmin - Change, Release Manager & Test Manager (Telco) - £650 PD – Outside IR 35 – Hybrid

A leading telecommunications corporation is hiring a Netadmin - Change, Release & Test Manager with experience working within the telco industry and governing the end-to-end change/release processes across retail / wholesale partners within a Salesforce / Netadmin environment.

The Change & Release Manager will work cross-functionally with internal teams, PMs, external partners, and vendors to ensure well-controlled deployments and process maturity during this contract period. This is a hands-on coordination role requiring a balance of process governance, stakeholder management, and technical delivery oversight. Our client is paying £650PD, Outside IR 35 to be based in Kings Hill, Kent on a hybrid basis (very occasional travel).

Key Responsibilities:

Own and govern the end-to-end change and release processes across Salesforce-driven Retail and Netadmin-based Wholesale environments.
Maintain and control the Forward Schedule of Change (FSC), collaborating closely with project managers, development teams, business owners, and external vendors to ensure alignment.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

Lead and manage a test team of 2 testers working across Wholesale and Retail domains.
Drive consistent test planning, execution, and defect management processes.

Continuous Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to improve existing change, release, and testing processes.
Lead post-release reviews to capture lessons learned and implement improvements.

Essential skills:

Strong experience in Change Management, Release Management, or Test Management roles

Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred).

Experience with provisioning and operational systems (Netadmin or similar desirable).
Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
Experience preparing and issuing professional release communications. Desireable:

Previous experience working within telecoms, broadband, or ISP sectors.

Experience with service provider integrations.
Familiarity with ITIL framework and principles.
Hands-on experience introducing or improving test automation processes.
