Shift: 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule (Days and Nights)

Job Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking Floor Technicians to support manufacturing and production operations at a large-scale manufacturing facility in Inwood, WV. The ideal candidates will assist with material preparation, production equipment operation, product assembly, quality inspections, and general manufacturing activities.

Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, following safety procedures, troubleshooting basic production issues, and working rotating day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities Prepare, assemble, and load materials required for manufacturing and production operations.

Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures.

Perform routine quality checks and inspect finished products for defects.

Identify and troubleshoot basic equipment or production-related issues.

Maintain accurate production, inventory, and material records.

Monitor production processes to ensure quality and productivity standards are met.

Package finished products and prepare materials for further processing.

Maintain clean and organized production floors and work areas.

Handle and segregate scrap and waste materials according to safety guidelines.

Follow all workplace safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

Communicate production updates, material shortages, and equipment issues to supervisors.

Support daily manufacturing activities to ensure smooth production operations.

Required Qualifications 0–3 years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience with material handling, inventory management, or material preparation is preferred.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production-related tasks.

Willingness to work a rotating 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule, including days and nights.

Work Schedule
12-hour rotating 2-2-3 shift schedule.

Rotation between day and night shifts.

Manufacturing operations run 24/7.Full-time onsite position.
