Junior Sous chef Needed for a 2 Rosette Kitchen - Near Westbury Our amazing client, a very busy 2 Rosette level kitchen creating fresh stunning cuisine with the finest local produce, are in search of a Junior Sous Chef who can operationally lead the brigade. This is a busy property with two outlets to cater for. You will lead a team of 10 chef while reporting to an executive chef .
