A leading care staffing agency is seeking a Residential Support Worker in Weston-super-Mare to support children aged 8-18 who may have experienced trauma. This ongoing temporary position offers £14 per hour and entails shifts from 10:00 - 23:00 with a sleep-in shift. The successful candidate will work closely with the children to help them manage their emotions, build relationships, and learn essential life skills.
