TPF Recruitment are proud to be representing a leading firm of chartered accountants in Weybridge who are looking to recruit an Audit Senior to join their growing team.

About the Role

As an Audit Senior, you’ll take the lead on some of the firm’s larger and more complex audits, managing assignments from planning through to completion. You’ll oversee a team of 2–3 on site, ensuring the smooth delivery of audits for clients with turnovers of up to £100m, with many in the £10m–£50m range.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including FCA-regulated businesses, and will gain valuable experience in group reporting and consolidation across multiple jurisdictions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading audits from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery in line with deadlines and standards

Managing, mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members

Preparing and reviewing financial statements

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Assisting with complex group audits and multi-jurisdictional consolidations

Working closely with partners and managers to provide exceptional client service

Requirements Who We're Looking For

ACA/ACCA qualified or nearly qualified (finalist level also considered)

Around 3–4 years’ experience in audit within a UK accountancy practice

Experience leading larger audits as the senior on site

Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

Excellent communication and leadership skills

FCA experience would be an advantage, though not essential
