This apprenticeship allows you to gain 3 years of business experience while obtaining a fully funded university degree in Business Management (BA (Hons)) from the University of Kent.
What To Expect:
During your apprenticeship, you will experience working in multiple core functions such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, where you will tackle real challenges as part of a wider team. This experience, alongside your studies, will leave you well ahead of your peers with a conventional university degree.
From Monday to Thursday, the role is based in our UK Head Office in Weybridge – an easy commute from London with regular trains from Waterloo and Clapham Junction, and a free shuttle service from Weybridge station to the office. You will then spend every Friday during term-time at the University of Kent's Marble Arch campus in central London, where you will study relevant business concepts with apprentices from other organisations.
This apprenticeship’s duration is September 1st, 2026 – October 31st, 2029.

This salary increases yearly to ultimately align with the graduate salary of £45,000 upon successful completion of the apprenticeship. Job Qualifications
What We Look For:
- Obtained 5 GCSE's including English and Maths, with a grade of 4 or above (equivalent to grade
C) above the A minimum of 120 UCAS points (predicted or achieved) with a minimum B average (BBB) on A‑Levels (predicted or achieved). - Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non‑academic activities. Tell us what you’re proud of – be it playing a musical instrument or holding down a job alongside your studies. We want to get to know you during your application!
- Demonstrated leadership skills and strong analytical capability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written English language skills.

Right to Work:
For our apprenticeship roles, you will need to provide your own right to work in the UK for the full duration of your apprenticeship without requiring sponsorship from P&G. Note, this will require your right to work permission to be valid between September 1st 2026 – October 31st 2029 for a minimum of 37.5 per week.
