Trainee Site Manager

Position: Trainee Site Manager (Permanent)
Location: Elmbridge

Our client is looking for a trainee site manager to join their construction team in early spring.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of busy residential building sites.

* Monitor subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and to required standards.

* Assist with quality checks, site inspections, and health & safety compliance.

* Help coordinate materials, logistics, and site documentation.

* Learn and apply construction processes, building regulations, and company procedures.

* Contribute to delivering high-quality homes and excellent customer satisfaction.
Must haves:

* Previous on site experience would be preferred.

* Full UK driving licence

* Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a team.

* Strong communication and organnisation skills.
