Salary & Benefits: Competitive basic salary circa £27,000 - £35,000 (DOE) + pension + performance-based bonus. Full support for APC training and mentorship toward achieving RICS chartered status.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a growing construction consultancy, supporting a diverse range of high-end residential and commercial projects across London and the Home Counties.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior surveyors, gaining hands‑on experience across all stages of project delivery, from feasibility to final accounts, while progressing toward RICS chartership.

• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and feasibility studies
• Contribute to the production of elemental cost plans and Bills of Quantities
• Support the preparation and evaluation of tender documentation
• Assist with contract administration, valuations, and final accounts
