• Attend customer sites across the whole region and carry out vigorous fault finding/diagnostics, with a great degree of accuracy for first time fix
• Provide telephone support to on‑site engineers via the helpdesk on a team rotation
• Produce detailed reports for customers and the Regional Service Manager

NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration and full F‑Gas certification are required. Demonstrated hands‑on experience of servicing, fault‑finding and repairing chillers. Strong communication skills and a technical problem‑solving mindset with a methodical, analytical approach.
